Timelines depend on the ground, the target size and the scope of work. An exploration programme runs from mobilisation through drilling to a resource statement, while a processing plant build runs from design through commissioning. We agree a firm schedule before mobilisation.

We price three ways: day-rate for advisory and staff augmentation, fixed-scope for clearly defined deliverables such as a study or plant package, and success-linked structures tied to milestones such as a resource definition or production ramp-up. The model is agreed up front and matched to how risk is shared.

Every site operates to recognised occupational health and safety management practice alongside full compliance with the host nation's mining code and environmental regulations. Our quality and environmental systems align with internationally recognised standards.
